Київській офіс української компанії відмовив у співбесіді кандидату, який не захотів спілкуватися виключно російською у колективі. В Мережі розгорнувся скандал.

Про це повідомляє киянин Богдан, який претендував на посаду.

За словами чоловіка, йому відмовили у наступному етапі співбесіді лише тому, що у колективі компанії всі говорять російською, а він переходити на російську у розмові з українцями відмовився. Зокрема, Богдан наголосив, що може використовувати її лише як іноземну мову.

"Виявляється, незалежно від свого професійного рівня, володіння англійською та інших навичок, я не можу працювати в компанії, яка має офіси в 6 містах України, виключно тому, що я розмовляю українською. Мова про компанію Andersen, вона ж Andersen People", - зазначає він

При цьому, як додає Богдан, мова йде про національну компанію, яка є одним з "топових" роботодавців в Україні.
