У Києві помітили комунальника, який поливав клумбу під час шторму.
Відео інциденту виклали у Telegram-каналі "Київ оперативний".
На записі видно, що, попри негоду у столиці, співробітник комунальної служби поливав з розприскувача клумбу. Спеціально для цього на місце підігнали спецтранспорт з водою.
"До речі, саме час клумбу на Мілютенка поливати", - йдеться у коментарі до відео.
