У Харкові депутат міської ради від партії ОПЗЖ Андрій Лесик відмовився виступати українською мовою та заявив, що в Україні відбувся збройний державний переворот

Лесик почав промову російською мовою. Деякі депутати та представники громадських організацій почали вимагати, щоб він виступав українською мовою. Той відмовився.

Під час виступу Лесик заявив, що "у країні кілька років тому відбувся збройний державний переворот, при цьому ніхто за це не покараний". Після цих слів до трибуни підійшли низка депутатів і активістів та відштовхнули Лесика від трибуни. Громадяни скандували "Чемодан - вокзал - Росія".

В.о мера Ігор Терехов зупинив виступ депутата.
