Московское управление Следственного комитета РФ выпустило ролик, в котором поздравило российских подростков с 14-летием и предупредило их об уголовной ответственности.
Как сообщает Цензор.НЕТ, российские силовики, держа в руках торт, напомнили именинникам, что им теперь самим придется отвечать за убийство, причинение вреда здоровью и торжественно перечисляют другие статьи уголовного кодекса - кражу, разбой, грабеж, угон, вымогательство.
