Під час моніторингу публічних закупівель у системі Prozorro за минулий рік, окрім порушень, були виявлені й так звані "абсурдні закупівлі".

Про це в ефірі Hromadske розповів аналітик Transparency International Україна Віктор Нестуля, пише ТСН

Зазначається, що Сумська міська рада опублікувала у системі державних закупівель ProZorro тендер на купівлю мавпи виду бурий капуцин вартістю 50 тисяч гривень.

Оскільки на тендер так ніхто і не відгукнувся, його довелося скасувати. Мавпа призначалася для управління науки і освіти Сумської міськради.

"У них не вийшло, ніхто не зробив їм пропозицію, але у нас одразу постало питання – а навіщо їм капуцин", – здивувався Нестуля.

Також він попросив у разі виявлення дивних закупівель писати відгуки на моніторинговому порталі Dozorro.

Зазначимо, що багато хто знає мавпа-капуцина з серіалу "Друзі", у головного героя Росса була така мавпа на призвисько Марсель.
