Житель города Сумы получил платежку, в которой значится, что за потребленную им электроэнергию необходимо заплатить практически 133 тысячи гривен. Об этом журналистам рассказали в пресс-службе ПАО Сумыоблэнерго, - передает PRпортал.
Как оказалось, 3 января текущего года, вышеуказанный потребитель электроэнергии, при помощи СМС-сообщения передал показания счетчика, в которых допустил ошибку. Вместо четырех цифр он оказал пять. Одна из них оказалась лишней. «Поэтому система насчитала на его личный счет значительный объем потребления, в результате чего был сформирован счет на оплату на сумму почти 133 тысячи гривен», - пояснили ситуацию в ведомстве.
Одновременно с этим, в Облэнерго заверили, что в случае правильной передачи показателей счетчика в дальнейшем, в феврале будет проведена корректировка данной суммы. Таким образом, потребитель электрической энергии, который передал неправильные показатели счетчика, не понесет никаких дополнительных трат из собственного кармана. Также ему не будет повышен тариф в связи с перелимитом использованной электроэнергии.
