«Місіс Крим — 2022» Ольгу Валєєву оштрафували на 40 тисяч рублів за пісню «Ой у лузі червона калина», а її подруга отримала 10 діб арешту. Також у мережі з'явилося відео, де жінки на камеру просять вибачення.

Жінок визнали винними у «дискредитації збройних сил рф» та «пропаганді символіки екстремістських організацій».
У Telegram-каналі російського міністерства внутрішніх справ в окупованому Криму згодом з'явився відеозапис, на якому жінки перепрошують за виконання пісні.
Раніше Валєєва та її подруга виклали в Instagram відео, на якому виконували пісню «Червона калина», сидячи на балконі, що привернуло велику увагу російської громадськості. Сама Валєєва пост уже видалила, заявила, що «не знала про сенс пісні» та попросила перестати «писати їй образи в соцмережах».
Пісня «Ой у лузі червона калина» колись виконувалася січовими стрільцями, а після російського вторгнення стала одним із символів України. Трек набрав популярності й за кордоном після того, як лідер гурту «Бумбокс» Андрій Хливнюк виконав його в центрі Києва зі зброєю в руках.
російські пропагандистські ЗМІ називають цю пісню «гімном українських націоналістичних формувань, зокрема заборонених у рф».
Це вже не перше подібне покарання. У середині вересня в Криму притягли до відповідальності 6-х організаторів та гостей весілля, де заспівали «Червону калину». У серпні на півострові заарештували діджея, який увімкнув у барі кліп на пісню «Дике поле» із зображеннями на підтримку українських військових.
