Бельгийская газета Libre Belgique случайно сообщила об аресте председателя правительства Испании Мариано Рахоя (Mariano Rajoy). На ошибку в четверг, 20 апреля, обратили внимание сотрудники испанской газеты 20 minutos.

Как утверждается в материале издания, бельгийское издание выпустило статью, посвященную операции по борьбе с коррупцией на испанском государственном предприятии Canal de Isabel II. Там же говорилось о задержании бывшего президента автономного сообщества «Мадрид» Игнасио Гонсалеса (Ignacio Gonzalez).

Сразу после публикации статьи на сайте Libre Belgique появилось сообщение о задержании Рахоя, также уличенного в коррупции. Журналисты 20 minutos подчеркнули, что после того, как они указали бельгийским коллегам на ошибку, те поменяли заголовок, уточнив, что в действительности был арестован «приближенный к Мариано Рахою человек».

Ранее в апреле Рахоя вызвали в Национальный суд Испании как свидетеля по делу о коррупции в правящей Народной партии. Когда премьер будет отвечать на вопросы, пока не определено.
