Депутат Верховної Ради від "Слуги народу" Галина Янченко назвала неповнолітніх жителів Донбасу "немитими й нечесаними".

 
Про це вона сказала в ефірі телеканалу NewsOne.

“У мене старша дитина пішла в третій клас. Ви знаєте про що я думала весь день 1 вересня. Що цей рік, він унікальний і він по-трагічному навіть унікальний, тому що фактично в цьому році в школу пішли діти, народжені були в 2013-14 році. На Донбасі це діти, які ось народилися і вони все життя живуть в обстрілі, войнушках, підвалах, десь немиті, десь нечесані … на лінії розмежування”, – сказала Янченко.

У відповідь на запитання журналістки про те, чому на Донбасі “немиті й нечесані” діти, Янченко заявила, що її чоловік у 2015-2016 роках був заступником голови Донецької ОВЦА, тому вона “бачила все особисто”.

Пізніше під час того ж ефіру Янченко перепросила за свої слова про дітей Донбасу.

“Можливо я некоректно висловилася про дітей. Але насправді, я дійсно переживаю, що відбувається там з дітьми особливо на лінії розмежувань. Можливо це материнські почуття. Вибачте, якщо я когось образила і заділа чиїсь почуття”, – сказала нардеп.
