«22 человека, два офицера и женщина получили ранения в результате взрыва рядом с кортежем эрцгерцога в Лондоне», — такая новость попала в эфир сирийского телеканала.
Арабская версия BBC запустила в Twitter рубрику «as live» («как вживую»), посвященную Первой мировой войне. Вероятно, незадачливые сотрудники Syria TV решили, что там публикуются реальные новости. Эрцгерцог Франц Фердинанд погиб 28 июня 1914 года в Сараево от руки сербского революционера Гаврило Принципа. Считается, что это убийство стало прологом к Первой мировой войне.
