Прем'єр-міністр України Олексій Гончарук заявив, що іпотеку, яку зараз надають українські банки, важко виплачувати, якщо «не торгувати наркотиками чи зброєю».
Як інфрмує PRпортал ро це він сказав у неділю ввечері в ефірі телеканалу «Україна 24»

«Навіть якщо зараз говорити про ринок іпотеки, то він недоступний, тому що дуже високий. Тобто не знаю, наркотиками треба, мабуть, чи зброєю торгувати для того, щоб виплачувати таку іпотеку», — сказав він.

Гончарук уточнив, що одне із завдань уряду — щоб українські банки кредитували дешевше.

«Іпотека під 10% у цьому році — це одна з наших головних задач, якщо ми говоримо про дешевий ресурс. Якщо банки дешево будуть кредитувати економіку, це дасть можливість і ресурс розвиватися, вкладати гроші в, будемо казати, реальний сектор», — заявив прем'єр-міністр України.
