На здании саратовского железнодорожного вокзала вышла из строя подсветка одной из букв надписи «САРАТОВ», обращенной к прибывающим в город и уезжающим поездам. Таким образом, пассажиров встречало горящее красным слово «СРАТОВ».

Фотографию еще 4 августа на своей странице в Facebook опубликовала саратовчанка Юлия Федина.

«Место откуда все хотят сбежать( не путать с городом)», - прокомментировала она фото.

Фото жительницы распространилось по соцсетям, собрав множество ироничных комментариев пользователей.

«Истину не скрыть», - отмечает один из участников группы «Саратов онлайн» ВКонтакте.

«Наконец истинное название», - согласен с ним другой пользователь.

«В Сратов мы все знаем, кто его превратил», - подчеркивает один из жителей.

«Ой не потухшая буква это сделала, ой не буква», - вторит ему еще одна пользовательница соцсети.

В пресс-службе Приволжской железной дороги ИА «Свободные новости» подтвердили, что в ночь с 3 на 4 августа вторая буква в слове «САРАТОВ» на здании вокзала действительно лишилась подстветки.

«Освещение было быстро восстановлено», - подчеркнули в ПривЖД.
