Головне управління МВС РФ по Москві подало два позови до Олексія Навальному та інших опозиціонерів.

Відомство хоче відсудити майже 18 млн рублів за залучення поліцейських і техніки для забезпечення громадського порядку на неузгоджених акціях протесту 27 липня і 3 серпня. 

Як повідомляє «Коммерсант», два позови до прихильників Олексія Навального надійшли в Симоновський районний суд 30 вересня. У прес-службі суду журналістам пояснили – обидва позови пов'язані з тим, що представники главку «просять відшкодувати їм збитки, завдані у зв'язку із залученням сил та засобів на забезпечення громадського порядку в результаті проведення неузгоджених масових заходів». Опозиціонери називають позови політичним переслідуванням і мають намір оскаржувати їх.

«Для нас досить забавно, що ГУВС Москви приєдналося до судового конвеєру по вижиманню з нас усіх можливих засобів», – заявив журналістам Георгій Албуров. Досудові бесіди з учасниками процесів призначено на 21 жовтня.
