У Росії депутат Ігор Некін хотів привернути увагу до замета, щоб його прибрали, і неграмотно написав послання. Натомість депутати написали на нього заяву до поліції.

Некін написав на заметі "Путин помоги убрать кучю". Він сподівався, що завдяки цьому замет з дороги скоріше приберуть. Він боявся, що навесні сніг розтане, і вода потече під найближчі будинки. Однак чиновники адміністрації російської Карелії написали заяву в поліцію, адже вважають, до цим написом Некін "дискредитує владу".
Некін розповів, що вже поговорив з дільничним, але у чому саме полягають офіційні претензії чиновників, поліцейський не уточнив.
