Как ранее сообщалось, Байден назвал Путина убийцей в интервью американскому телеканалу ABC News. Журналист Джордж Стефанопулос спросил Байдена, считает ли он Путина убийцей. "Ммм, мм, да",— ответил президент США.

Он добавил, что какое-то время назад встретился с Путиным и сказал ему, что не видит в нем души. "Я был один с ним в его кабинете, и там это произошло. Президент Буш говорил, что посмотрел в его глаза и увидел его душу. Я сказал: "Я посмотрел в ваши глаза и не думаю, что у вас есть душа". В ответ он посмотрел на меня и сказал: "Мы понимаем друг друга", - рассказал Байден.
