В одном из торговых центров Японии робот Пеппер, предназначенный для обслуживания клиентов, показывал посетителям средний палец и загадочно улыбался. На странное поведение робота обратил внимание посетитель торгового центра, – передает Meduza со ссылкой на Rocketnews24.
У Пеппера, который приветствовал посетителей неприличным жестом, скорее всего, просто заело средний палец, а персонал не провел вовремя техобслуживание. Доброжелательный Пеппер попадался еще нескольким людям.
Робота создала японская компания SoftBank Robotics Holdings совместно с IBM. Разработка предназначается для обслуживания клиентов в торговых комплексах, гостиницах и в других местах. Устройство высотой 1,2 метра имеет "глаза", чтобы людям было проще устанавливать с ним визуальный контакт. Также Пеппер имеет механические руки, которые должны ему помогать находить общий контакт с клиентами. Робот способен распознавать пол человека, с которым разговаривает, его эмоции и жесты.
