Президент России Владимир Путин поручил правительству создать организационный центр по производству контента, направленного на нравственное воспитание молодежи. Об этом свидетельствует соответствующее поручение на сайте Кремля.

Также по поручению президента правительство займется регулярными исследованиями потребительских предпочтений и особенностей поведения молодежи в интернете. 

Путин также поручил кабмину рассмотреть возможность создания государственной киностудии для детей и подростков. До 20 декабря кабинет министров должен предоставить доклад по выполнению поручения.

Правительству также поручено повысить доступность образования в военных училищах и кадетских корпусах для детей из неблагополучных, многодетных и малообеспеченных семей.
