На листівках вказані посилання на інтернет-сайти, контактна інформація російського посольства і таблиці з порівнянням деяких цін в Литві і Калінінградській області.

Посольство Росії підтвердило, що це воно поширює брошури. Виявляється, така "акція" проводиться в рамках державної програми зі сприяння добровільному переселенню в Російську Федерацію співвітчизників, що проживають за кордоном, яка була затверджена президентом РФ Путіним у 2006 році.
