Платные адвокаты Виктора Януковича от компании Aver Lex устроили потасовки с полицией в здании Оболонского суда Киева
 

Защитников не пускали на заседание суда, поэтому они начали прорываться туда силой, передает "ДС" со ссылкой на "112 Украина".

Адвокат Януковича Сердюк пообещал подать заявление в полицию на действия сотрудников суда, однако после непродолжительно толкотни платных адвокатов все же пропустили в зал.

"К сожалению, сложилась ситуация, когда якобы адвокаты подсудимого Януковича блокировали доступ в зал судебного заседания для адвоката, назначенного судом. То есть, прибегли к незаконным действиям, к препятствованию осуществления правосудия. По этому поводу судом было вынесено соответствующее определение об обеспечении доступа адвокату, что и было выполнено. Мы выполнили определение суда, будем выполнять и дальше", - заявил начальник Оболонского отделения полиции Михаила Никонова.

В настоящее время заседание продолжается. До этого был объявлен перерыв на 15 минут.
