Представители Госдепартамента США перед встречей главы российского МИД и госсекретаря США в Цюрихе ошибочно повесили российский флаг красной полосой вверх.

О том, что флаг повесили неправильно помощнику Керри указал российский оператор. Помощник Керри сначала думал, что его разыгрывают, однако впоследствии дал указание перевернуть флаг РФ.

Сообщается, что это не впервые американская власть неправильно размещает флаг. Ранее, филиппинский флаг они выставили вверх ногами, когда президент Бениньйо Акино III встречался с Обамой в 2010 году.
