В Федеральную службу по интеллектуальной собственности (Роспатент) подали заявку на регистрацию товарных знаков «Грета Тунберг», «Школьная забастовка за климат», Fridays For Future и FFF. Документ размещен на сайте ведомства 12 февраля.

Заявитель, адвокатское бюро «Объединенная адвокатская группа», присвоил товарным знакам классификацию, позволяющую под этим брендом заниматься производством и продажей одежды, обуви и головных уборов, варенья, молочных продуктов, мяса и рыбы, соусов, кофе, чая и шоколада, а также заниматься рекламой и организацией политических движений.

Представляет ли бюро интересы шведской экоактивистки, в заявке не указано. Однако при желании Грета Тунберг сможет вернуть права на свое имя через российский суд, разъяснил агентству городских новостей «Москва» президент «Первой патентной компании» Анатолий Аронов. Он назвал подобную деятельность в получении прав на товарные знаки неправильной и предположил, что это обычный «патентный троллинг».

В бюро уверили, что заявка подана для привлечения внимания к проблеме изменения климата. «Также под этими брендами можно, например, выпускать экотовары», — объяснили агентству «Москва» в адвокатском бюро «Объединенная адвокатская группа».

Ранее Грета Тунберг рассказала, что хочет зарегистрировать собственное имя и название движения #FridaysForFuture в качестве товарных знаков. Как пояснила активистка, это нужно, потому что «самозванцы» от ее имени пытаются общаться с медиа и людьми.
