В Одесі на сесії міської ради 3 лютого місцевий депутат Андрій Кисловський обмовився щодо крадіжки. Відео події опублікував телеграм-канал Думська - новини Одеси.

"Аби щось вкрасти - треба щось мати", - заявив під час свого виступу депутат Кисловський.

Ця фраза викликала сміх присутніх у залі, а депутат уточнив, що "почав з кінця".

"Тому давайте щось "поимеем". Тим більше, якщо нам за це ще й дають гроші", - продовжив Кисловський.
