В одном из поездов предприятия «Укрзализныця» произошел языковый скандал, решать который был вынужден начальник поезда, передает PRпортал. Так, во Львове проводница поезда №134 «Николаев — Ивано-Франковск» по-хамски ответила пассажиру, отказавшись разговаривать с ним на украинском языке. Об инциденте сообщил пассажир Ярослав Попович на своей странице в Facebook. По его словам, поезд обслуживала бригада проводников из Одессы, а нахамила ему Нина Вакулик, фото которой он опубликовал под своим постом.
«Обращается ко мне на русском: «Ваш билетик и документы». Прошу ее обслуживать меня на украинском. Она реагирует агрессивно: «Кто такое сказал, что я должна обслуживать на украинском? Украинского языка я не знаю, учить не буду, буду обслуживать на русском. Не знаешь русского — иди и учи, националист», — передал диалог пассажир.
Также сообщается, что он обратился к начальнику поезда, который назвал поведение проводницы недопустимым и пообещал ее наказать, если та не исправится
