Нагадаємо, що таке ж питання Скрипін у 2014 році поставив екс-регіоналу, соратнику президента-втікача Віктора Януковича Олегу Царьову, той теж неправильно відповів. Зазначимо, що Друга світова війна почалася 1 вересня 1939 року.
