Журналисты в ВРУ часто фиксируют моменты когда нардепы во время пленарных заседаний занимаются совсем не государственным делами. Из-за сообщений на экранах самых дорогих смартфонов разгорался не один скандал. Из смс переписки можно узнать и о коррупционных «договорняках» между политиками, и о дорогих покупках, которые осуществляются прямо из зала парламента. Однако, на этот раз нардеп Вячеслав Константиновский явно решил переплюнуть своих коллег. В объектив журналистов интернет издания "Голос Народа" попал экран телефона избранника, на котором были видны изображения далеко не парламентского характера. 16 июня во время обсуждения одного из законопроектов касательной судебной системы Украины слуга народа нашёл себя более интересное занятие – просмотр и отправка ХXХ материалов.
