Народный депутат от Оппозиционной платформы — За жизнь Илья Кива защитил кандидатскую диссертацию по специальности механизмы государственного управления.
Как сообщает hromadske, члены ученого совета единогласно проголосовали за научную работу нардепа: 13 — за, 0 — против.
После защиты диссертации журналисты поинтересовались у Кивы, не незаконно ли он получил ученую степень кандидата наук. На что нардеп ответил в привычной для него манере:
«Пошли со мной в туалет, я тебе там расскажу и заодно закончу то, что не начал».
Илья Кива написал кандидатскую диссертацию на тему Механизмы влияния гражданского общества на государственное регулирование правоохранительной деятельности (на примере стран ЕС и Украины).
На защиту 26 апреля не пускали большинство журналистов, кроме представителей пророссийских каналов ZIK, NewsOne и 112 Украина, связанных с нардепом от ОПЗЖ Виктором Медведчуком.
