У місті Покров Дніпропетровської області 21 грудня депутат обласної ради Олег Ляшук стріляв з власного подвір’я по вуличному псу.

Про це у Facebook повідомила ввечері 10 січня місцева мешканка Інна Михайленко.

«Свідком цього була моя доросла донька, що проходила в той момент по вулиці, за півметра від ноги якої поранили собачку. Депутат цими діями загрожував життю і здоров’ю перехожому (ст.174) й завдав страждання тварині (ст.299)», – написала жінка. За словами авторки, чоловік відмовився надавати медичну допомогу тварині. Наразі з собакою все добре – її прооперували.

«Подали заяву до поліції. Оскільки стріляв у тварину депутат, а його син Сергій Ляшук три роки служив у місцевій поліції, справа просувається повільно. По зрозумілих для всіх причинах», – додала жінка, заявивши, що до суду справа може не дійти.
