Японський супермаркет запровадив спеціальні бейджики для своїх працівниць. Жінка, яка має такий бейдж, може взяти довшу перерву на роботі або попросити про допомогу під час менструації.

Нові бейджі супермаркет Daimaru почав використовувати у жовтні. На них був зображений персонаж із мультфільму під назвою "Міс менструація". Бейджі отримали усі 500 працівниць відділу жіночого одягу. Такі позначки були добровільними, в ідея полягала в "покращенні робочого середовища". Ті, хто чіпляв такий бейдж у “ці дні”, могли попросити про допомогу або взяти довшу перерву.

Однак коли про це дізналися ЗМІ, на супермаркет посипалися численні скарги від відвідувачів, зокрема про “цькування”.

Представниця супермаркета пояснила, що ЗМІ неправильно трактували інформацію. 

"Ми не збиралися ділитися інформацією щодо менструального циклу працівниць з покупцями", - розповіла вона.

Також вона додала, що частина жінок справді не бачила сенсу у таких бейджиках, однак інші охоче їх носили. Адміністрація супермаркету Daimaru не планує скасовувати своє нововведення, однак вирішила переосмислити його.
