Мэр Сум Александр Лысенко более полугода выписывал себе премии в размере от 65% до 270% от суммы оклада.

Об этом заявило Национальное агентство по вопросам предотвращении коррупции (НАПК).

Агентство утверждает, что Лысенко регулярно премировал сотрудников исполнительного комитета горсовета, в том числе себя, а также не сообщал НАПК о наличии конфликта интересов.

"Городской председатель оценивал личный вклад в результаты работы и в течение семи месяцев устанавливал самому себе премии в размере 65% - 270% суммы своего должностного оклада, надбавок и доплат", - говорится на сайте НАПК.

В связи с этим НАПК направило в суд 4 админпротоколов, касающихся Лысенко. Составление протокола и направление его в суд не означает признания лица виновным в совершении правонарушения, а является основанием для производства в деле об административном правонарушении в судебном порядке.

Напомним, в апреле 2018 года суд признал Лысенко виновным в совершении административных правонарушений, связанных с коррупцией, но не наложил на него взыскания в связи с истечением предусмотренных законодательством сроков.

То дело также касалось конфликта интересов при принятии решения о повышении предельного размера премии мэра Сум со 150% до 300%.
