Макдоналдс в городе Тампа решил платить 50 долларов (3,8 тысячи рублей) каждому, кто придет на собеседование — в местной сети ресторанов открыты десятки вакансий, но соискателей нет. Об этом пишет Insider.

По словам владельца франшизы Блейка Каспера, менеджеры объявили акцию после того, как он потребовал делать все возможное для поиска сотрудников

Каспер считает, что люди не идут к нему на работу из-за сочетания двух факторов: большого количества вакансий во вновь открывшихся предприятиях и повышения пособия по безработице. Бизнесмен утверждает, что так сложно найти работников ему не было с конца 90-х. 

Блейк Каспер удивлен, что соискатели не приходят хотя бы за 50 долларами. Как оказалось, больший успех принесли реферальные программы, бонусы и возможность подавать заявки текстовыми сообщениями. Таким образом Каспер нанял 115 человек на прошлой неделе.

Теперь он думает о повышении зарплаты. Сейчас Каспер платит сотрудникам 12 долларов в час (915 рублей). Это на три доллара больше минимального размера оплаты труда во Флориде. Блейк готов добавить еще доллар.
