Президент Білорусі Олександр Лукашенко запропонував закріпити в Конституції країни право обиратися президентом тільки для тих, хто відслужив в армії. Про це повідомляє видання TUT.BY. «Ті, хто просяться у владу, виявляється, пороху не нюхали», - сказав Лукашенко під час відвідування одного з підрозділів Сил спецоперацій Білорусі.

Президент вважає, що людина, яка не знає, що таке армія, не може бути головнокомандувачем, і це загрожує тим, що їй можуть «локшини на вуха навішати».

ому Лукашенко вважає, що варто закріпити таку вимогу до кандидатів у президенти в Конституції. Також він запропонував жінкам, які хочуть стати президентами, вирушити у Вітебську бригаду, щоб вони «були підготовленими і могли відрізнити БТР від танка».

Варто відзначити, що на виборах, які відбудуться 9 серпня, серед зареєстрованих кандидатів у Лукашенка відразу дві суперниці - екс-депутат Ганна Канопацька і Світлана Тіхановська, дружина опозиційного блогера Сергія Тіхановського, якого заарештували, коли він заявив про бажання балотуватися.
