Все уже свыклись с той мыслью, что Андрей Богдан – это адвокат Игоря Коломойского и лично он пролоббировал его назначение, но на самом деле, по информации нардепа Сергея Высоцкого, за назначением Богдана стоит Андрей Портнов.
