Отвечая на вопрос о методах своей работы и способах мотивации подчиненных, Кличко сказал: "Вот я сейчас смогу, для тех, кто нас видит, поднимаю ногу, завернутые носки... Я вам расскажу такую вещь: использую уже все методы для того, чтобы люди работали, в том числе волшебные пендели. Есть такая пословица, я их люблю и коллекционирую: хочешь сделать хорошо – сделай сам. Или же будут возбуждаться уголовные дела. И та система, которая существует сегодня – она не работает. В ближайшее время, используя все средства, в том числе и "волшебные".
