Репер Каньє Вест звернувся до суду Лос-Анджелеса з проханням змінити ім'я через "особисті причини". Як уточнює People, музикант має намір назвати себе Йе. Просто Йе - без прізвища.

Відповідний запит поки ще Каньє Вест подав до суду 11 серпня. Очікується, що незабаром суддя схвалить прохання музиканта, так як місцевий суд практично завжди відповідає на подібні звернення згодою. Винятком може бути лише ситуація, в якій суд підозрює ймовірне шахрайство.

Тим часом шанувальники творчості Каньє Веста все ще чекають його новий альбом Donda, реліз якого відкладався вже щонайменше двічі. Згідно з останньою інформацією, платівку випустять після презентації на стадіоні в Чикаго 26 серпня.
