У селі Софіївська Борзщагівка, яке розташоване у Київській області, автолюбителя змусили сплатити штраф через те, що його дружина висловила своє невдоволення через використання російської мови, пише PRпортал. Відповідний пост про цей прикрий інцидент на своїй сторінці у Facebook опублікувала користувач під ніком Svit Lana. 

«Штраф за вимогу спілкуватися українською мовою. Сьогодні в селі Софіївська Борщагівка поліцейські зупинили наше авто через порушення правил. Лейтенант поліції Дейнеко Олеся Леонідівна знайомила з вмістом порушення, з нашими правами і т.п. російською мовою. Коли я зробила зауваження про російську мову в День незалежності, правоохоронець збільшила очі і розлютилася. «Я хотіла вас відпустити, зробити тільки попередження, однак тепер заплатите штраф і подякуйте за це своїй дружині (на вимогу спілкуватися українською). А ще хтось говорить про утиски «москальської мови», - зазначається у дописі.

Як відомо, з 16 липня в Україні офіційно діє закон про функціонування української мови як державної. Згідно документу, всі державні органи і громадські організації зобов'язані використовувати українську мову. Публічне приниження чи зневажання українською мовою стане підставою для притягнення до юридичної відповідальності.
