Київський райсуд Харкова виправдав доцента Харківської державної академії культури, якого прокурори звинувачували у виготовленні й поширенні порнографії. Про це йдеться в ухвалі суду від 19 грудня.

Суддям обвинувачений заявив, що працював у той час над дисертацією «Феномен родючості в українській родинній обрядовості». Слова чоловіка підтвердили його колишня дружина й колеги. Свідки заявили, що доцент досліджував сексуальні культури.

Довести провину в інкримінованому чоловіку правопорушенні не змогли й прокурори. Відтак судді ухвалили повністю виправдати обвинуваченого. Рішення може бути оскаржено.
