В вечернем эфире политического ток-шоу на канале "Прямой" во время обсуждения атак на российских оппозиционеров ведущий Матвей Ганапольский назвал российского лидера нецензурным словом. Ганапольский напомнил, что "охота" на оппозицию в РФ началась после убийства журналистки Анны Политковской.

"Президент, который сказал: "Зачем ее убили, она так мало значила... я не знаю, кто это? Ее убийство принесло нам больше проблем, чем если бы она жила". Так это х**ло, понимаете?!", - эмоционально высказался он. 

Депутат Верховной Рады Украины от фракции "Слуга народа" Ольга Василевская-Смаглюк сделала замечание, напомнив, что передачу могут смотреть дети, поэтому нужно следить за словами. Ганапольский парировал, что "малолетние не должны смотреть политический эфир". В ответ на это Смаглюк ответила, что нецензурно выражаться в прямом эфире до 23:00 — не правильно. В итоге оппоненты пришли к мнению, что ведущий сам решит этот вопрос с руководством телеканала и прочими наблюдательными органами.
