Федеральная антимонопольная служба России нередко штрафует компании за сексистскую и оскорбляющую женщин рекламу. Критерии оскорбления определяет специальный экспертный совет - но, как выяснилось, он и сам может случайно сказать что-то неуместное о предмете обсуждения.

 

На днях управление ФАС России по Архангельской области посчитало оскорбительной для женщин рекламу жилых комплексов компании "Аквилон Инвест". В решении эксперты назвали маленькую женскую грудь физическим недостатком.

В ведомство поступила жалоба на рекламный щит с изображением женщины, измеряющей себе сантиметровой лентой грудь, и подписью "У нас маленькие цены и много комплексов".

На другой рекламной фотографии этой компании женщина стояла спиной, сняв рубашку. Подпись к фото гласила: "Дешевле, чем снять!".

Жалобщики посчитали рекламу сексистской, заявив, что она оскорбляет и унижает женщин, и основана на эксплуатации сексуальности женского тела.
