Державне управління справами орендувало велосипеди, на яких президент Володимир Зеленський катався з представниками кількох ЗМІ на День журналіста. За це заплатили 41 тисячу 530 гривень.

Інформацію про закупівлю «Послуги з використання предметів спортивного призначення (велосипедів), необхідні при проведенні заходів і офіційних прийомів за участю президента» на сайті оприлюднили майже через місяць — 1 липня.

Контракт виконував ФОП Олексій Кушка. Журналіст програми «Схеми» Валерія Єгошина повідомила у Facebook, що Кушка також є співвласником популярних у Києві сервісів оренди велосипедів. День оренди велосипеду, на якому катався Зеленський, коштує 400 грн.
