Звукорежиссер Пол Фейрфилд рассказала на радиошоу WNYC Radiolab, что чаще всего для озвучки драконов используют звуки "разговоров" птиц, насекомых и рептилий. Однако для Дрогона, одного из драконов в "Игре престолов", потребовался стон совокупляющейся черепахи.

"У меня есть звуки, которые я могу выбрать для отражения личностных качеств. Дейенерис назвала его в честь своего сексуального погибшего мужа, кхала Дрого, так что Дрогон — практически ее любовник. И он все время свистит ей, говорит: "О, детка", — отметила Фейрфилд.

Звук обрабатывали с помощью ряда эффектов. В результате они буквально превратились в мурчание, уверена звукорежиссер. "Да, всякий раз, когда вы слышите зов Дрогона, это гигантские черепахи, занимающиеся сексом", — уточнила Фейрфилд
