Прокуратура объявила подозрение депутату Николаевского областного совета в угрозах правоохранителю. 

Конфликт с полицией у него произошел в ночь с 23 на 24 декабря из-за остановки его авто за нарушение ПДД, сообщили в пресс-службе областной прокуратуры.

"На дороге "Николаев – Одесса", неподалеку с. Красное Березанского района, патрульные полицейские за нарушение правил дорожного движения остановили автомобиль Toyota Camry, который вел депутат Николаевского областного совета. При общении с полицейским водитель нарушение ПДД не признал, более того, угрожал правоохранителям травматическим пистолетом и пытался покинуть место остановки", – сообщили в прокуратуре.

Подозрение в угрозах или насилии относительно сотрудника правоохранительного органа было объявлено 2 января.

По информации портала "Преступности.нет", речь идет о депутате Вадиме Олабине. Он был остановлен за нарушение ПДД при обгоне авто патрульных на перекрестке. 

Сам Олабин заявил, что у него была "плохая ситуация" с патрульными, но угрозы в их адрес отрицает.
