Кандидат в нардепы в городе Ровно Роман Стасюк нарушил процедуру голосования на внеочередных парламентских выборах, которые проходят сегодня, открыто продемонстрировав свой избирательный бюллетень. Как пишет PRпортал со ссылкой на «Сегодня», на выложенном им фото в соцсети Facebook совершенно четко можно увидеть, за кого он отдало свой голос.

Тем не менее, такая «проделка» нардепа сразу же стала объектом внимания интернет-пользователей: часть из них принялись желать ему одержать победу на выборах, в то время, как остальные поспешили напомнить, что это – прямое нарушение закона.

Не секрет, что голосование на выборах, в соответствии с правилами, должно быть анонимным. Демонстрация заполненного бюллетеня является нарушением законодательства и прав человека на свободное волеизъявление. Наказание за подобное правонарушение предусматривает выплату штрафа от 1700 до 5100 гривен, или исправительные работы до 2 лет, а в некоторых случаях и ограничение свободы до 3 лет.
