Специализированный криминальный суд Словакии впервые в истории страны приговорил к реальному сроку действующего депутата.

Как сообщает Aktuality, речь идет о лидере крайней правой националистической партии L’SNS Мариане Котлебе.

По данным следствия, в 2017 году он вручил трем семьям чеки на символическую сумму в 1488 евро.

В свою очередь прокуратура расценила это как экстремизм, так как данное число считается кодовым лозунгом нацистов.

Согласно решению суда, Котлеба был признан виновным в пропаганде идеологии, направленной на подавление гражданских прав и демократии, и приговорен к 4 годам и 4 месяцам лишения свободы.
