На нем видно, как Джеймс Викс выходит к трибуне и начинает говорить о принципах свободного рынка. Впоследствии он начинает сравнивать их со стилем жизни нудистов. Затем он предлагает людям немного повеселиться и призывает их хлопать в ладоши.
После этого Викс начинает раздеваться, пританцовывая. Некоторые из присутствующих были возмущены таким поведением члена партии. Впрочем, некоторые люди насладились танцами мужчины, и даже засунули ему в исподнее деньги.
