Прокуратура города Копейска Челябинской области выявила нарушения законодательства о противодействии экстремизму в тестировании учащихся восьмых классов на выявление экстремистских настроений. Об этом в четверг, 28 мая, сообщается на сайте прокуратуры Челябинской области,передает Дождь.

По данным ведомства, управление образования администрации Копейского городского округа запланировало тестирование восьмиклассников на экстремизм на период с 17 по 22 марта 2015 года. Тестирование должно было выявить «агрессивные и экстремистские настроения» у подростков.

Для проведения тестирования в общеобразовательные учреждения разослали тест, составленный педагогами-психологами. В этом тесте прокуратура нашла «признаки экстремистской направленности».

«Распространение теста в общеобразовательных организациях для проведения тестирования на предмет выявления агрессивных и экстремистских настроений у подростков могло повлечь возбуждение социальной, расовой, национальной или религиозной розни, а также нарушение прав, свобод и законных интересов граждан в зависимости от социальной, расовой, национальной, религиозной или языковой принадлежности или отношения к религии», — отмечается на сайте челябинской прокуратуры.

В сообщении ведомства говорится, что прокурор Копейска объявил предостережение начальнику управления администрации Копейского городского округа, чтобы не допустить проведения незаконного тестирования.
