Володимир Зеленський присвоїв голові харківської будівельної компанії “Трест Житлобуд-1” Олександру Харченку орден “За заслуги” I ступеня. Його компанія має побудувати найдорожчий в Україні громадський туалет за бюджетні кошти.

Нагороду вручили з нагоди Дня Незалежності України. Компанія Харченка в цьому році отримала понад 30 млн грн з бюджету Харкова. Гроші виділили на будівництво громадського туалету в місцевому зоопарку. Вважається, що це найдорожчий громадський туалет в Україні, який буде побудований за гроші платників податків.

Сам Харченко є членом виконкому Харківської міськради. Крім того, він є наближеною особою до виконуючого обов'язки мера міста Ігоря Терехова.
