В тексте постановления Селидовского городского суда Донецкой области вместо, того, чтобы описать слова, сказанные участниками судебного заседания, написали просто "бла бла бла", соответствующее постановление находится в Единственном реестре судебных решений, передает PRпортал.
В части документа, где должно было быть описание заявлений сторон - участников заседания, а именно - подача ходатайств, помощник судьи решил не заморачиваться и написал: "Стороны - бла бла бла".
Далее по тексту указано, что суд таки выслушал данное "бла бла бла" : "Суд, выслушав мнение участников судебного разбирательства, рассмотрев материалы уголовного производства, приходит к выводу, что ходатайство защитника об освобождении от уголовной ответственности ЛИЦО_9 подлежит удовлетворению по следующим основаниям".
