Компания удалила предметы одежды и товаров для дома от сторонних продавцов со слоганом Slavery Gets Shit Done («Рабство заканчивает со всеми делами») с сайта вслед за критикой покупателей и групп по борьбе с рабством, сообщает MMR.ua 

Как объяснил представитель компании «Все продавцы маркетплейса должны следовать определенным правилам, в противном случае их ждут определенные действия, включая и потенциальное удаление аккаунта. Эти продукты уже изъяты из продажи». Некоммерческие организации Anti-Slavery International и International Justice Mission раскритиковали продажу предметов одежды со слоганом, так как они умаляют глобальные усилия по прекращению современного рабства.

«Если это задумывалась как шутка, то она не удалась, – отметили в Anti-Slavery International. – Дети такого же возраста, как и дети-модели вынуждены работать много часов без оплаты в ужасных условиях, где голод, побои и отсутствие сна обычны», –  объяснили в британской организации International Justice Mission. «Вместо того, чтобы умалять значение рабства, компании и глобальное сообщество должны признать несправедливость современного рабства и вместе бороться с ним».
