Журналистам сайта «Аргумент» удалось выяснить, что собственником большинства приватизированных зданий на территории Хартрона является фирма, имеющая отношение к мэру Харькова Геннадию Кернесу. И якобы по инициативе этой компании была убрана ведомственная пожарная охрана с территории предприятия, что послужило одной из причин страшной трагедии 8 января, унесшей жизни восьмерых людей.
Как следует из телесюжета АТН, сам Геннадий Кернес прокомментировал эту информацию в присущей ему манере, отправив журналиста идти домой и жарить блины.
