PRпортал неодноразово писав, що на ринку житла не бракує квартир, але бракує креативу. Рекламщики намагаються придумати чим зацікавити клієнта. Але виходить не зовсім "в тему": то знижку під стрижку зашифрують,  то порівняють клієнта із собакою, якій пропонують купити не квартиру а будку, або ж, взагалі, порівнють квартиру малого метража з жіночими грудьми нульового розміру.

 Креативщики житлового комплексу "Династія" також не порадували креативом. Навіть, навпаки, продемонстрували чудеса хірургії. Вони зшили двох кішок. Не насправді, а в рекламі. Вийшла двоголова істота без хвоста. Зате з бантиком.

В такий дивний спосіб ЖК "Династія" рекламує "дві квартири за ціною однієї".
